Life Coach | Filmmaker | Clinical Therapist
Welcome home, to the place where well-being and creativity intersect (aka your true nature). You may have landed here looking for creative consulting, coaching or therapy, or because you’re a fan of my films, web series, spoken word poetry, or podcast, or because of some divine providence or mystical synchronistic convergence of ridiculous events.
Either way, I’m glad you’re here now. Because here and now is where healing happens; where creativity happens. Because here and now is all there ever really is.

About Brian
Brian is a public speaker, award-winning filmmaker, licensed clinical therapist and life coach. Brian holds three master’s degrees, in storytelling, filmmaking and clinical mental health counseling. He is also a certified life coach trained by Martha Beck (Oprah’s life coach), an IFS therapist, certified EFT (tapping) practitioner, trained yoga teacher and a proud gay uncle.
His combination of passions uniquely qualifies Brian to help clients master their own inner-narrative, see past it to their deeper intuition and then learn how to guide their life from that wiser, steadier and more benevolent place that includes, body, mind, heart and spirit. Brian believes we are in the middle of a massive species-wide transformation of consciousness and he feels called to be a part of it. Do you?
What Brian Is Excited About

WHY I HAVE HOPE

It probably sounds strange, but I have hope. I have irrational hope, and I’m not letting it go. Even as systems collapse and society feels like it’s falling apart in real time, something in me is stubbornly choosing hope anyway. Not because everything feels fine—it doesn’t. But because something deeper is moving. I can feel it. I was sitting with that, wondering, why do I still feel this strange hope when everything looks so bad? And then it hit me: this kind of hope isn’t weakness—it’s rebellion. It’s resistance. It’s the creative force that’s been behind every shift we’ve ever seen.
Think about it. The civil rights movement? Fueled by hope. Voting rights marches, climate justice, equality—none of that happened because people felt powerful. It happened because people believed something better was possible, even when there was no proof. The first person to run a four-minute mile didn’t have evidence it could be done. They just had hope—and as soon as they broke the barrier, a flood of others did too. That’s what hope does: it fuels imagination, and imagination fuels action. Hope isn’t the opposite of reality. It’s what makes new reality possible.
I’ve realized that cynicism might feel like protection, but it’s not what builds anything. It drains us. Outrage burns hot and fast, but it doesn’t sustain movements. Despair can be honest, but it doesn’t move the needle.
Hope does. Hope is the fuel for the world we actually want. And it’s not naive—especially when paired with wisdom and discernment. So no, I don’t think we’re wrong for feeling hopeful right now. I think we’re tuning into something ancient and powerful. Something rising. If that resonates with you—if you feel it too—click below and join us. You’re not imagining things. The shift is happening.

What People Are Saying
In my work, I always stress to clients the importance of getting clarity in their message, their brand, and in leadership objectives. Yet it wasn’t until I sat in a session with Brian that I was able to gain my own clarity. I still practice the breathing exercise he taught me every time I need to get focused or make tough decisions. Brian is amazing, and so comfortable to work with - a true coach’s coach!
- Vera J., Motivational Speaker & Communication Coach
Working with Brian over the last few months really helped me through a tough transition as I shifted from working inside a big corporate structure to setting out on my own. His guidance helped shift my mindset in just a few sessions from feeling overwhelmed by all I'd taken on being my own boss, to a place where I felt ready and eager to take on whatever's next!
